This is what we need

  • One 4-6 foot table indoors, or in a shaded area outdoors.

  • Two chairs.

  • Near 1 electrical outlet.

  • Meal provided for vendor (all packages).

  • We will arrive on site 30 minutes prior to start time.

  • Photos will be taken during the first hour.

  • They enjoy the event while we paint, and pick up the finished product before they leave.

  • Any additional portraits will be taken back to the studio to finish, and delivered via UPS within two weeks of the event date.
